SocksMatter is a monthly sock subscription that sends you two(2) cool and awesome pairs of socks every month. Right after you order, you will get a confirmation email noticing that we’re processing your order. After the payment is cleared, we will send you the socks. It would take from 5-7 business days to have the socks delivered to your door. For upcoming month, you will get your socks almost same date (give or take a few days).
Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed for the next order. Visit your subscription in your account where you can adjust or cancel your subscription. We’ll also send you an email 3 days before renewing your subscription. So, you can make any changes before renewing.
Absolutely, we can send socks to anyone you like every month for as long as you want to. When checking out, just pick Yes for “Is this a gift?” question, specify name and address of the receiver. And don’t forget to add your gift message. Boom, our socks will be on their way to your friend’s house. If you need a gift immediately, simply print a gift message and give it as gift.

My Socks
We all love surprises. We will pick the socks and surprise you with new styles every month.
You will get 2 pairs of socks: one mid-calf socks and one ankle socks or no-show socks. For photos of socks, please view them on the gallery page.
There’s an option to pick men or women socks when you check out. Our socks are stretchy and would fit most of the feet. Men socks would fit all from 6-13. Women socks would fit from 5-10.
When checking out, you can pick 2 or 3 types of socks (mid-calf socks, ankle socks, or no-show socks) you want on the “Sock Types” section. You can also make changes in sock types if you just get new shoes that need a new type of socks.
Payment & Promotion
Your first subscription will be charged right after you place an order. The following subscriptions will be charged on the same date of the next upcoming months after your current subscription has ended. You will get a notification when we charge you.
You can pay via credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Just simply enter the coupon code on the subscription page before you hit “Place Order”.
We can’t combine coupon codes, so just pick the most valued one you have.
Shipping
We offer FREE shipping for all customers in the U.S. and charge only $4/month for other countries.
It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.

Please reach out to us so we can help look into the situation. If you missed an apartment or box number, we suggest reaching out to your local post office. If you accidentally inputted the incorrect address, your package may potentially be sent back to us. SocksMatter will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Simply send us an email and tell us which date works for you. We will reschedule the shipment for you.
Return & Exchange
Nooooo! That’s not going to happen. But, but, but……. if it does, please contact us and tell us in detail why you don’t like it and what kind of socks you like, we’ll try to find a pair of socks you like to replace it.
We love every single pair of socks we pick for you and we’re sure you will too. We understand that sometime, it doesn’t work out. Unfortunately, we don’t accept return but you can always exchange them by shipping back unworn pairs of socks.
We cover the shipping fee when we ship it to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Yes. Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective socks to [email protected] with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. You don’t need to ship the defective socks to us. We will send you a new pair of socks to replace it.
Please note that we can’t except exchanges of socks that were damaged from opening the package and/or removing tags.

Sure, just go to your account and suspend your subscription. Remember to reactivate your subscription when you want to get more awesome socks from us.
