Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Other Policies
As one of our registered subscribers, we would continually ship socks to you based on your active plan unless you cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your active plan at any point in time through one of the following options below:
You can cancel your subscription anytime by:
- Website: login in to find your account details. Locate the membership number you want to scratch off, choose cancel, and you’re altogether done. A follow up will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days confirming your cancellation.
- Email: send us an email at [email protected] with information such as your name, email, order number, address that received the socks. We will make sure to cross out just your subscription and not one that you might have sent as a gift.
Please note: Socks Matter needs to get your cancelation email (Forty eight) 48 hours before subscription re-establishment so as to scratch off your subscription preceding your next renewal. On the off chance that we get your cancelation email under 48 hours prior to your renewal, you will be charged for the next month and we will wipe out your membership the following month. Be aware of a 2022 us open.
Your new awesome socks should make you cheerful! On the off chance that you are not totally happy with your delivery, we will do what we can to improve it. Socks might be returned inside 30 days of the date your request transported from us as long as they are in their original state. Check out a 2021 us open.
- Socks may not be attempted on or washed
- The bundling/packaging can’t be changed
In the event that you need to return socks, make certain to have your request number handy.
- We accept the return of any unworn product. If you are still active as a customer, we will ship the replacement together with the following month package.
- We cannot accept returns of any products that have been worn.
- If we haven’t already shipped your socks. For example, if you purchased 6 months plan, and we shipped 4 months, and you cancel, we would refund the remaining two(2) months.
